The short answer
Useful answers, local options and the details to check.
Is a full van price enough to compare quotes?
Not by itself. Vehicle capacity, payload, waste type, labour and access can differ. Compare the agreed scope as well as the total.

The four main price drivers
Volume describes the space the items use. Weight matters for dense material such as soil and rubble. Access affects carrying time and the safe loading plan. Waste type determines whether an item needs a different handling or disposal route.

Compare like-for-like quotes
Ask whether lifting, labour, disposal, any dismantling and applicable taxes are included. State every item before the quote is agreed. A low headline price that excludes the work you need is not a useful comparison.

Photos are more useful than a guessed load size
Take one wide photograph of the whole pile, close-ups of specialist items and pictures of the route out. Send a complete postcode and explain stairs, parking and your deadline. The team can then assess the actual job.

Why we quote for the actual job
Your quote reflects the items, weight, access and disposal routes required. Send photos of the complete load so we can discuss an agreed price before collection.
