The practical details for office & commercial clearance — before you decide to book.

What does this service include?

Office furniture, shop fittings and non-hazardous business clutter collected with access, timing and paperwork discussed before the visit.

What can be collected?

Desks, chairs and office furniture; Shop fittings and packaging; Non-hazardous business clear-outs; Electrical and data-bearing equipment assessed separately. Acceptance and scope are agreed before booking.

What cannot be collected?

Asbestos, toxic or contaminated material, chemicals, clinical waste, gas bottles, explosives and unknown liquids are excluded from ordinary clearance. Specialist appliances, upholstered items and heavy materials must be identified and accepted separately.

How does collection work?

Send item and access photos with your full postcode. We assess the load and receiving requirements, agree a quote and collection slot, then carry and load only the agreed items from safe access points.

How should I prepare?

Send an item inventory and access instructions. Remove confidential papers and personal belongings. Confirm paperwork and data-security requirements. Do not move a heavy or unsafe item just to take a photo.

Do I need to be present?

An authorised site contact should confirm the inventory and access. If they will not attend, agree keyholder arrangements, security procedures and written scope first.

What access information is needed?

Send the inventory, loading-bay instructions, lift bookings and site contact. Explain any restrictions on contractor working hours before requesting a slot.

What affects the price?

Furniture quantities, equipment, carrying time, authorised receiving routes and required paperwork affect the quote. Out-of-hours work must be explicitly agreed.

What happens after collection?

Business waste requires an appropriate duty-of-care process. Keep confidential documents and data-bearing devices under your control unless a separately documented specialist process has been agreed.

Do you guarantee secure data destruction?

No such service is claimed here. Data-bearing equipment needs a separately agreed and documented process, or a suitable specialist provider. Do not include it without discussing the requirement.

What alternatives should I consider?

Your existing commercial waste contractor or specialist IT asset-disposal provider may be better suited to recurring waste or sensitive equipment. Household council schemes are not business disposal services.

What should I do next?

Call 07912 343234, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, or prepare a photo enquiry. Include the full item list, postcode and access. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; wait for an agreed scope, price and slot.

01 / Good to know

A clear scope helps your business keep working

Provide an inventory, site contact and the areas to clear. Tell us about building access hours, loading bays, lift bookings and any requirement to avoid busy periods. Flexible scheduling is discussed, not assumed to be available at every time.

02 / Good to know

Keep data-bearing equipment under your control

Computers, drives and other devices can hold sensitive information. Do not assume secure destruction is included in a furniture clearance. Agree a separate documented process or use your specialist IT disposal provider before releasing devices.

03 / Good to know

Discuss duty-of-care documents

Business waste has documentation requirements. Tell the team the waste types, the producing business and what records are required. Confirm the handling route and the relevant paperwork before the clearance takes place.

Less disruption. More usable space.

A clear scope.
A tidy finish.

The crew removes the agreed items from safe access points and loads the van. Disposal type, weight and access are assessed before the collection.

Asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, gas bottles, explosives and unknown liquids are outside ordinary clearance. Specialist items need separate agreement.
